The first Wednesday of each month from 6pm-7pm, Survivors of Breast Cancer Group is held for all who have gone through a cancer journey, specifically breast cancer. The last Wednesday of each month from 6pm-7pm, All Cancers and Caregivers Group is held for anyone who has gone through a cancer journey themselves or who is a loved one or caregiver of someone who has gone through a cancer journey. These groups are in partnership with Justice for a Cure and the Dawn Lengel Memorial. The group is made up of individuals just recently diagnosed, in the middle of treatment, just in remission, or who have been in remission for up to 20 years. The various phases of cancer journeys create a strong group dynamic as those who are in remission find meaning and purpose in their journey through helping those who are newly diagnosed and in treatment to have hope and strength while also being a great source for anyone who has gone through a cancer journey.

Group Purpose
- To provide a confidential and safe space for sharing your struggles and triumphs in your cancer journey or in caring for a loved one on a cancer journey.
- Reduce feelings of isolation, fear, and frustration by meeting with others who are experiencing or have experienced similar situations and feelings.
- Learn about various resources for caring for yourself, your family, or a loved one from others in the group, while sharing any helpful resources and coping skills that you may be aware of.
- Discuss topics specific to small group requests (self-care, setting boundaries, self-compassion, mindfulness, various forms of treatment, how to talk to your kids about diagnosis, treatment, etc).
