Dotty Mockenhaupt, LCSW

I believe in healthy relationships…. with others and with oneself. It is important to like/love ourselves in order to be fully connected to others in healthy relationships. This can be difficult when we are experiencing ongoing inner turmoil, stressors, anxiety, depression, or low self-esteem. I believe it is important to accept who we are and where we are in life, and to empower who we want to be. Change does not happen without taking risks. I will walk with you as you take risks to heal, to shed old patterns of behavior/belief systems and gain new, healthier ones. I like to explore values and belief systems, whether spiritual, religious, or secular, and ascertain whether these values are being fulfilled with your current daily living, or where you would like to make changes in order to be the best version of yourself.
